Barking Mayhem held it's first show on the 4th May 2009. What started off as just an idea, turned out to be a very busy day indeed.

Our aim was purely to try and make as much money as possible for our chosen charities & with the help of an extremely hard working team of volunteers, we managed to pull in a crowd of over 1,500 people & their dogs and raise close to £4,000 for the charities

We also wanted to make the show a little different, to encourage those who were perhaps not really into showing their dogs, so we teamed up with Barking Mad Dog Training School & developed a dog show & a doggy fun day, all within one event.

So in addition to the Show Rings, which catered for all breeds of dog, from the more serious Pedigree rings to the less serious Novelty ring, we had around 10 doggy games, run by staff from Barking Mad, resulting in a fun day for anyone and everyone. There were also many stalls in attendance offering lots of different products and services, from Kids Face painting to doggy treats.

We would like the thank all those that came along on the day and of course our volunteers & we hope to see you all at the 2010 show, which is being held on 3rd May & our aim is to make it bigger and better than the 2009 show.
